FasTrak Manager Program

The FasTrak Experience is a two-year commitment at Chick-fil-A 9 Mile Road with the goal of promoting from Manager Intern to FasTrak Manager within the first six months. New managers will then lead a focused area of the business for an additional 18 months, giving them an opportunity to apply what they’ve learned.
During their time in our program, our FasTrak Managers have the unique opportunity to build a strong foundation of management skills and leadership character which can be applied both personally and professionally. This leadership development investment enhances future career opportunities whether they continue to grow with Chick-fil-A or pursue another field altogether. Regardless of the chosen path, the leadership character that is built will have a life-changing impact.

Candidate Requirements and Benefits:

Have a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent work experience
Be capable of working on their feet for 6–8 hours
Be able to lift and manipulate at least 40 pounds overhead
Have reliable transportation
